We are looking for a CCNA qualified engineer as part of our onsite engineering team working for a prestigious client in the property management sector.  Your key responsibilities include:

• Technical Troubleshooting and support - administration and support of equipment under contract, participation in cover rotation, site attendance across multiple sites.  
  • Fibre & cat6 patching
  • Administration of Network infrastructure, VLANS, ACL, Firewall policy.
  • Administration of Radius and TACACS server.
  • Administration of teleophony systems
  • Administration of Wireless LAN controllers.
• ITIL Management - management of service requests, liaising with our service desk and ensuring that change management is applied in line with ITIL Service Management process.
• Project Management - supporting the professional services and Service delivery team to deliver small projects
• General PC Desktop support

What we need from our Onsite Engineers

The successful candidate will have strong customer focussed and can-do attitude combined with a broad technical knowledge capable of delivering support of technologies including Cisco Networking, Voice systems, wireless and security as well as O365, Azure, Active directory, storage technologies, Windows Client/Server, Virtualisation, Acronis, productivity and collaboration tools and end user computers.

Essential Skills

• CCNA
• MS server and desktop support certification
• ITIL V3or V4 foundation

Desirable Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology or a related field / or equivalent qualification.
• VMWare VCP
