We are proud to share that OryxAlign has been awarded the acclaimed Best Companies 1-star Accreditation, acknowledging our ‘Very Good’ levels of workplace engagement.

The Best Companies to Work For lists and Best Companies Accreditation are nationally recognised and respected as the standard in workplace engagement. Achieving the accreditation is a true testament to the core values we live by; caring, supporting, striving, trusting and enjoying.

For a long time our focus has been on creating, nurturing and enjoying our incredible culture at OryxAlign. Our wonderful and committed employees are and will remain the cornerstone of our success, which is why we strive to make the workplace a rewarding and valuable experience for all.

Our main drive when entering into the Best Companies b-Heard survey was to gain a deeper understanding of our levels of employee engagement across all areas of the business. With the honest feedback collected, we will continue to make improvements to our people and culture strategy, and we have set our sights on a 2-star (‘Outstanding’) accreditation later in the year.
