They specialise in the express repair of smartphones, tablets, and computers, and offer a range of mobile accessories and refurbished handsets. iSmash pride themselves on offering a trusted, on-the-spot service and offer a 12-month warranty as standard with all smartphone and tablet repairs. Since their launch in 2013, they have grown to 13 locations within Greater London and will be expanding nationwide throughout 2017.
After a recommendation from one of their clients, Julian Shovlin, Director of iSmash, contacted OryxAlign to see if we could help them with their in-store connectivity and critical IT services. After providing Julian with a straightforward and easy-to-understand proposal, he decided we were the company for them to work with. “OryxAlign were the right size to give us a professional, but also a more personal, service, and my first impressions of the people in the organisation were all positive,” says Shovlin.
With their goal of growing to over 50 stores across the UK over the next 2 years and further establishing themselves as the market leader for express tech repairs, it was vital that they chose an IT provider that they could rely on and who could flex and grow with them. “All of our systems run in the cloud,” explains Julian, “so a fast connection running over a stable network is critical to the running, and ultimately the success of, our stores.
